• Typically, about 5 to 7 business days. All coils are given a high priority. We have an inspection process, then a decontamination procedure, and then we do a complete subsystem test. If we find a problem, we note it and continue the complete system test. At the end of our service, we either perform a full bench test or a system test on a phantom.
  • Some customers know exactly what the problem is on their coil, and we can generally shorten the repair time if we know ahead of time what the issue is with a coil.
  • We also have customers who don’t want their coils repaired quickly! Really! They will send us a crate of perhaps 10 coils and we repair them at a lower priority, saving them thousands of dollars off of a priority repair.
  • Customers can choose to expedite services for an additional fee. Please call for more information on expedited services.
